Your access to and use of the WPRapidly Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the WPRapidly Services.
The WPRapidly Website and the WPRapidly Services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals and entities able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The WPRapidly Services offered hereunder are not available to children (persons under the age of 13) or to any user who has been suspended from the WPRapidly Site, whose use has been restricted for any reason or whose registration has been revoked. If you are under the age of 13, you can use the WPRapidly Services only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use the WPRapidly Website or the WPRapidly Services. If you are acting on behalf of any entity or organization, you warrant and represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
WPRapidly offers WordPress maintenance and support services. You are responsible for providing, at your own expense, all equipment necessary to use the services. This includes a computer, Internet access, and a hosting account. We reserve the sole right to modify this website, including any of the site’s features, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that modify or enhance the services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
The Client is engaging the WPRapidly Company as an independent contractor for the specific task of running a regular maintenance, publishing and backup plan for the Client’s WordPress website. As part of this authorization, the Client agrees to provide the WPRapidly Company with access to the following:
FTP access username and password.
Access to the website’s hosting account.
PHPmyadmin (MySQL database user and password).
Username and password for a user with administrator access to WordPress interface.
The Client also agrees to allow the WPRapidly Company to install any plugins into their WordPress website as required to provide services. Official updates and communication with the Client will be made via email or by Tickets replies.
